Went back today and finally found it.  We missed it last week by 400 feet.  Earlier this year when searching for Lemogine's wagon we discovered we missed it on the first search by 550 feet.  Grandkids had a blast, even though they had to get up at 0300 to beat the heat.  Lots of stories about who built it and why, I like the Ballarat Bandit version the best.
