Tecopa - Daymoth - 2022-12-17

Im intrigued about the area around Tecopa.

(Weve only drived through Jubilee pass - Shoshone in daylight once and it was gorgeous, usually its either dark or we are going through 190)

And looking on satellite I see south of Shoshone what looks like colorful badlands?  Has anyone here explored that area?

In my fall trip, I spent a day looking at Tecopa and the China Date Ranch. I ran out of time but the ranch had some very interesting looking trails among the colorful land formations, including one that promised a short slot canyon. I also had one of the date milk shakes; that alone was worth the trip! Delicious.
