Privacy Policy & other minor changes

FYI, I enabled an explicit privacy policy for the forum earlier today.  Its fairly short and simple:

• Don't post anything that you don't want someone else to see
  
• You own everything that you post (no one else can claim ownership/copyright of your posts)
  
• If you want someone else to own your posts, you must put it in writing
  

Everyone will be required to accept the policy the next time that they access the site.

The primary motivation for this policy is a result of some "issues" falling out now from the previous forum's owner.
