We're moving on December 19
#1
It should come as little surprise to most that this forum was setup in a rush back in September as a response to unexpected circumstances.  As a result, its been running in less than ideal circumstances since then.

As part of an effort to improve the performance & long term reliability of the forum, we'll be moving to a new, and permanent home on Saturday, December 19 (2020).

What does this mean for you?  Not much, you shouldn't have to do anything, the move should be fairly transparent.  However, the address of the forum will be changing from its current location ( https://netllama.linux-sxs.org/dv ) to the new location ( https://dv.netllama.us ).  Traffic will be automatically redirected following the move, so you should just end up at the new location regardless of what you do.

If you have any bookmarks, you will need to update or recreate them though.

Post questions or concerns in this thread please.

Wow netllama, thank you for taking such good care of us here on the forum. You're the backbone and brain behind the constant satisfaction this forum provides for fans of Death Valley National Park.

FYI, this move has been completed and everything should be working normally.

The forum now resides here:

Yes, it's working great for me too! And my bookmarks are being automatically redirected to the new forum.
