Anyone recognize this area?

Been hunting this one for a while and stumbled upon this You Tube video about it.  Still doesn't get me any closer.  I would appreciate it if anyone can provide a tip/hint.

It's north of Jubilee pass road.  The shot at 6:09 is Jubilee mountain.
