I dunno, I don't think it looks too big, and it's classy scenery.  Helps set the tone.

I agree with MojaveGeek, I think the logo looks great as it is! The only change I'm thinking that could help is that the logo is wider than the webpage when I view it on my laptop, so maybe crop some of the panorama from the far edges? Just a suggestion Smile

I think the body of the page should be as wide as the image. On my iPad the font is difficult for my old eyes to read comfortably and the thread body is about 60% the width of the page.

I think both of the above comments come down to the same thing. I had not realized the image at the top was so wide because my browser (chrome on a desktop) crops it (with a slider bar at the bottom of the page) to the size of the text boxes for each message. That I think I get what DAW wants, effectively.
