Hi horizonarches - Please be aware that Death Valley is addictive.  After the first visit, all you can think about is "When do I go back?". It's the same thing after the 100th visit.

I'm a geologist, are there any particular types of geology you'd like to see? Maybe I can point you toward something. There's almost 2 billion years' worth of geology in the park!

Thank you so much for checking in!  You are the expert, but if I had to pick anything, it would be evidence of ancient volcanism.  Ubehebe Crater is not a "volcano" per se, rather the remnant of water/magma interaction, right?  All suggestions are welcome!
