So is 190 open for both lanes with no stoppage throughout DV? Some of those washouts were quite steep on the hillsides.

Yes. At this point, 190 is open from Olancha to Death Valley Junction, with no restrictions, other than 25' kingpin to axle for trailers.

I'm not sure if there will be any closures for the Badwater 135 when those lunatics come through on I think the 22-23rd.
