I like the vid because I've never seen one in bloom. Just not out there at the right time of year.

I think I saw the same plant in Desert National Wildlife Refuge, back in February.  Though it wasn't blooming at that time.

I'm no expert on desert flowers or plants.  But I did realize it was something that I hadn't seen much, if at all, before.
