Death Valley

Not sure how much spill over from Super Bowl LVIII in nearby Las Vegas will affect Death Valley National Park but it might be wise to keep this in mind.

For pro-football fans and nature lovers a combined week tour including Death Valley, Zion, Bryce, and The Super Bowl would be heaps of fun. As for me, forget the game and get out as far from the mad crowds as possible.

Super Bowl fans will be too hung over from partying to make it over to DV. Maybe Red Rocks. Ticket prices are insane, but the crowd will probably be more likely to gamble than to hike I think

Probably be more betting on the game with smartphones than Vegas sportsbars.
