I have not seen this posted - if I missed something this thread could be deleted. I just noticed this on the park web site. the "more" link does nothing there.
Can't copy / paste... It says Emigrant / Wildrose are closed from now until "early March" for major road work "to prevent future damage".

Construction started Jan 6th (or was scheduled to). I feel like I read an end date somewhere but can’t find it now. Like March 25th maybe.
But yeah, that entail part of the park is cut off for the foreseeable future.
