I got a little over 20K in 15 months on the current KO2s. We probably drug it 4K behind the RV as well. I do not baby my tires, I air them down to about 13-15 and usually just send it. One tire has a thumb size flap cut in the sidewall and another one has a small slice. The tire that is now the spare and that was the cause of my high speed death wobble has a weird wear pattern and less tread than all the others. I rotate every 5-6000 miles so it's been in several spots on the Jeep. Probably just a defective tire. This time around I bought the tire certificates from Discount Tire because the guy told me I could get the cuts replaced. We will see how that plays out.
As for Starlink, it's expensive, but we got it mainly for the RV. I'm sending this reply from our campsite in AZ with Elon's help. I was packing for a trip and thinking about uping the plan on my InReach since I usually go over on messages. Then I realized I could carry Starlink with me. So now I can call from anywhere, research routes, weather, whatever. I usually set it up at night, but have broke it out during the day several times. Electricity can be an issue. On my built Jeep I run dual batteries with an isolator. It has QDs for the jumper cables on each bumper that are wired to the second battery. I set up a cheap Harbor Freight invertor with a QD and I run Starlink from that without fear of draining the starting battery. For the other Jeep we have several assorted battery packs from 300 to 4000+ watts. If I take either or both of the 300 watt batteries I can recharge those during the day and run Starlink for 3-4 hours, plus charge my watch, phone and InReach. If I take the 1000 watt or bigger system it has to last the whole trip since there is no good way to charge it back up. It also stays in the Jeep to run the fridge when the Jeep is turned off. The system I have is also pretty bulky, but I manage to squeeze it in when I want to take it.
