Where’s Dazed?

I want my ashes spread over Stripped Butte Valley via a small 50/60s era airplane. Ideally, they would be tossed out of a door-less plane as it buzzes Russell's. That valley is my go-to for taking friends and family on 1-5 day trips and it was a cool story from Emmett's book. 

A small portion of my best friend's ashes may or may not have been spread at the overlook above Stripped Butte Valley.
