Good times, good .... times .... personally though, eating my way through France sounds more appealing than driving all over Saudi Arabia to me right now. Great pictures and travel report as always, many thanks.
Heh, thanks. Indeed, the food in France was amazing, and I have zero regrets spending a week there. All the same, I'm glad that I (finally) got to experience Saudi Arabia after so much time wanting to go but not being able to do it.

I was browsing your blogs and im impressed at how much youve traveled internationaly during the plague. We postponed all the international travel due to the faff of airplanes, cancellations, border closings and visa backlogs and then got. But maybe I should start looking into it again.

It definitely depends on your comfort level with varying degrees of risk & chaos. I'm not going to lie, a lot of the COVID19 entry (and sometimes exit) requirements have been been onerous. For every trip that worked out, there have been an equal number that failed. I'm still trying to put together some destinations that were not possible in the past two years.
