I just woke up in Beatty Nevada. It's 38 degrees. The combo A/C and heater at the Atomic Inn doesn't put out all that much heat. Having left sunny South Florida yesterday morning, it's not easy to adapt. I hate cold weather.  The things that I endure to hike DV.

That sounds lovely! I love cold weather to hike! When its 80F all I want to do is eat ice cream.
