I kinda wonder if a coyote found the kid's toy and enjoyed playing with it. Though very unlikely. I remember probably about 15 years ago there was a coyote that would appear out by the Roadrunner units at SPW, and it (thankfully) wouldn't beg for food but it had a stuffed toy it would toss up in the air and catch (zoom camera lens confirmed it wasn't a live animal). I always wondered what the story was there.
