Ahhh, the delights of differences in web browsers / video displays. On Chrome on my laptop, the logo is displayed full width, with no scroll bars.
For me, it look fine as is, but I'm not picky.

I love the image selection of The Striped Butte which appears to have been captured from the Geologist's Cabin (which I've never visited yet and remains one of my DEVA fantasies, to spend a night there.) I'd be surprised if this image is not original to our very own TacoLand. To me this image captures the color and the expanse of DEVA in the same image which appears to be a morning shot looking towards Warm Springs Canyon.
Using Chrome, the image and forum format fit well.
Alternative wording to the title which I like BTW so these are just off the cuff ideas. Leaving it as is is just fine with me.
DEATH VALLEY - Discussing Death Valley & Continuing Our Connection
(newbies to this forum might wonder what's up with reconnecting) which I assume is honoring the previous forums about DEVA.
Hats off to TacoLand for the banner/logo!

FYI, logo issues should now be resolved. See

Additional thanks to @TacoLand for creating 8 (!) new logo images for the forum. They now appear in a randomized fashion, so every page load will potentially show a different image.

I'm delighted with the random logo pictures; each one is so gorgeous. A great way to keep up our interest, thank you both.

I like the change. And I also like the fact that now the forum now shows up full size and page width on my iPad so now it’s not necessary to use a magnifying glass or zoom in to read.

Wow. Those are amazing panoramas!! Thank you @TacoLand! I had to keep refreshing the page just so I could see all the different images.
I couldn't figure out the location for the photo with the moon in the upper center and the two-track on the far left, but it looks like an amazing spot.
