Since Fall is the closest to parking, I'd wager Fall. If you're more interested in new terrain and the coolness of faulted and deformed sediments, then Palmer.

4 hours... . do I hear 3 hours...?
You could probably do either Fall (but takes a few minutes to go up/down the Titus road from pavement, depending on its condition) or Redwall. Both look to be about 3 mi ow, less climbing and clear trail over to Fall, but start from pavement for Redwall If it's not sunny, save Redwall. Probably can get better mileage from Digonnet. Shout out if you don't have a copy.
If the Titus road happens to be closed, consider hiking up Titus through the narrows. Much nicer on foot than in vehicle. If its rainy, the walls of Titus really shine.

Taco you might consider the Double Bridge/squeeze slot loop. It’s a lot of fun and fits your time frame better than the other canyons you are considering.

I'd like to second this idea. I definitely agree that this fits your time frame much better than the other, longer options; and the slots are incredible! Thank you to Shane for mentioning this; I'd totally forgotten about this hike.

Ding Ding Ding ... think we've got a winner here. Thanks for pushing me towards Double Bridge & Squeeze Slot. I think that'll fit the time constraints of this trip perfect, and will allow me to spend more time exploring Red Wall / Palmer / Nettles / Moonlight / Fall / (OMG why are there so many things to check out in DV) ... next time. Thanks everyone for chiming in. Y'all are the best!
