As someone who relies on rental cars to navigate the Park, I'll gladly accept additional paved roads. I would especially love it if they'd pave the first 8 miles of road from Stovepipe towards the entrance of Cottonwood Canyon, as it passes the airport. I wouldn't think that a separate stargazing area near the runway would cost much to construct, but I'm not particularly attached to the airport either.
