The high school in Trona is one of the few dirt football fields in the US. Go Tornadoes!

I remember the rivalry between Mammoth and Trona. Both when I lived in June Lake (1977-1985) and Trona (1987-1992). I lived in Trona three houses up the street from football field on the northernmost street in the main part of town (Sage Street).
